Rich has over thirty-five years of experience in all aspects of the architecture profession including architectural design and detailing, code review and implementation, document production, project management and construction administration. With nearly a decade of experience with the firm, Rich has led multiple project types ranging from small interior remodels up to multi-million-dollar new builds and everything in between. He offers complete project management proficiency that spans from initial project planning through construction administration and architectural design expertise in programming, space planning and integrated design.

As a senior project manager, Rich supervises and leads architectural and engineering teams through all phases of the design process and during construction, directing the coordination among consultants, establishing project schedules and phases, and monitoring budgets. Rich has a proven record of leading architectural and engineering teams through complex projects with academic, private, and federal institutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
